I am Usha, a energy healer, an artist, and a craftsperson, walking a path where creativity and spirit mingle and create a form of communion.
For me creating is life, a way to speak and listen to my ancestors , the cosmos, the trees, plants , the flowers, the stars and , to animals and birds.
Whether I’m painting, crafting or holding space for healing, I am guided by the thought and belief that every act of creation is a blessing and reminder of our deep interconnectedness. I honor the wisdom and the blessings, my ancestors , my great spiritual masters and teachers have bestowed upon me.
Through this blog, I would like to share the moments where the spirit speaks through my hands ,the teachings in silence ,the art emerging from a place of devotion, love and inspiration.

The moment we come out from our mother’s womb bawling and crying with our hands and feet kicking out. It is the rhythm of nature, trying to align with the flow life. We created art there at that moment by moving our body. Life is beautiful. Life is art . We are all creators in one way or the other.
Every moment we live art we create. Life is about creating from our soul and heart. We create art them moment we get out of the bed until we go to sleep ! Even in sleep we create art by moving in bed while we sleep.
